Espresso martini recipe Ingredients:
⚫1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) vodka – The starting spirit.
⚫1 ounce (30 ml) coffee liqueur – Kahla is a popular and very flavorful variant due to its deep, coffeey taste.
⚫1 ounce (30 ml) freshly brewed espresso – Chill it to room temperature. Partially sweetened, if desired.
⚫Ice cubes – For shaking the cocktail before chilling.
⚫Coffee beans – Classic & elegant garnish.
Espresso martini recipe Instructions:
1.Chill the Glass:
Put a martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes (or simply fill it with ice water while you prepare it)
2.Rise the Espresso:
Brew a fresh shot of espresso and let it cool to room temperature (you can use strong brewed coffee if you don’t have an espresso machine – it’s just easier to concentrate the flavor with espresso).
3.Mix the Ingredients:

>1/2 oz coffee liqueur
>1 oz cooled espresso
>1/2 oz simple syrup (optional. You can adjust the sweetness level as desired)
4.Shake It Up:
Fill the shaker with ice cubes, put the lid on, and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. That cools the drink and gives it a perfect foamy top.
5.Strain and Serve:
Take your chilled martini glass out of the freezer or dump out the ice water. Strain everything out of the shaker and into the glass. You’ll see the foamy creaminess all over the place.
6.Garnish:
Choose a few coffee beans to drizzle on top. It looks elegant, adds the coffee flavor and adds extra interest to your drink. Serve Right away while it’s hot and the alcohol is cold and frothy.
